2020/09/16 東京地検は9月16日、2020年6月に東京都中野区の路上で10代の女性に後方から自転車で近づき、追い抜きざまに胸を触ったとして、漫画「アクタージュ act-age」の原作者、マツキタツヤこと松木達哉被告（29）＝東京都中野区野方1＝を強制わいせつの罪で起訴しました。松木被告は、同じ日の女子中学生に対する強制わいせつの疑いで8月8日に逮捕されていましたが、東京地検はこちらについては不起訴処分としました。東京地検は不起訴の理由を明らかにしていません。
