2020/06/04 2019年8月、愛媛県四国中央市土居町の松風病院で男性看護師など4人をナイフで切り、ケガをさせた疑いで逮捕された市内の無職の男性（46）が6月4日付で不起訴処分となりました。男性は2020年3月、殺人未遂などの疑いで逮捕・送検され、松山地検は責任能力の有無を調べるため、男性をおよそ2か月間鑑定留置。その後、容疑を傷害などに切り替えて調べていましたが、6月4日付で不起訴処分としました。不起訴の理由は「証拠関係に照らして」として明らかにしていません。
