2020/04/07 3月、徳島市内の住宅で女性に包丁を突きつけて性的暴行を加えようとし、けがを負わせたなどとして徳島大学の25歳の男子大学生が起訴されました。起訴されたのは、徳島大学工学部の2年生、小川翔太被告（25）です。起訴状によりますと、小川被告は、3月17日、徳島市内の20代の女性の住宅に侵入し、女性の首に包丁を突きつけ、「動くな。服を脱げ」などと脅して性的暴行を加えようとして、女性の腕に全治およそ1週間の切り傷などのけがを負わせた罪などに問われています。検察は認否を明らかにしていませんが、警察の調べの段階では小川被告は「間違いありません」と容疑を認めていたということです。
