2020/07/07 依頼人が相続するはずの遺産約1860万円を横領したとして大阪弁護士会所属の弁護士・松井良太容疑者（42）＝京都市下京区＝が逮捕されました。京都地検によりますと、松井容疑者は依頼者から弟の遺産分割交渉などを委任され、預かり金口座に保管していた依頼者の相続分である約1860万円を、2016年10月～2017年1月までの間、14回にわたり引き出して着服した業務上横領の疑いがもたれています。京都地検は松井容疑者の認否を明らかにしていません。
