This isn't coincidence, that was coincidence when later somebody killed an adult Carmen Colon too, but I don't think they are related, no. Not relevant. 4 old investigators, 4 wrong ways. But "He's new man, he isn't old 13"...I have serious doubts, they can't change, never!

I think the killer knew these children somehow earlier...worker in their school, teacher, social worker, school photographer or church member etc. He knew them...male, because police found semen.

Kenneth Bianchi, another monster...his and Angelo Buono's youngest victims were 12 and 14 years old little girls..abducted, raped (for days) and killed them. Their nude bodies found by other children...roadside, like a piece of trash. :( :( "Ice cream man...great job for a serial killer." Yes, definitely! :S :( Plus Bianchi was a loser, high iq with underpaid works.
