But who murdered the Other Victims? No question, he had much more victims...And Shannan Gilbert's death was really an accident? Otherwise Shannan had high IQ, gradueted high school at age 16! (she had bipolar disorder, not rare in this mental illness to being smart, genius) and wanted to be actress (singer, dancer). “She wasn’t street-smart, but she was book-smart,” - her mother, Mari said. After graduating, she worked at a hotel, an Applebee’s, and a senior center, but by 2007, she had moved to New Jersey with a boyfriend and signed on with an escort agency...started to use drugs and that was her downfall...
Sadly, Mari is also dead. "Mari Gilbert was stabbed to death by her 27-year-old daughter Sarra in Ellenville, New York, on July 23, 2016. Her daughter suffered from schizophrenia, with one report claiming that she "had voices in her head telling her to carry out the crime." Sarra was charged with second-degree murder and fourth-degree possession of a weapon, convicted of murder, and sentenced to 25 years in prison in August 2017."
She lost Shannan, and later her life too...Very tragic! One of her daugthers is a victim, the other is her own murderer...

Personally I think nobody killed Shannan, it was a tragic accident, because of drug using as criminal profiler, Mr. Kelly said in the show.
