This killer reminds me of Joseph James DeAngelo, the Golden State Killer in California, USA, who did the same wiith his victims...tied them, ate in their home during his crimes.

Karmein was his last known! victim there, but a serial killer never stop, enjoy the hunt. Maybe he died or use wheelchair, perhaps moved...
Definitely solvable case, especially if someone recognize this sketch. But the DNA Technology and Genetic Genealogy are also great things!
