2020/12/19 長野県佐久市の郵便局から現金7000万円を盗んだとして、この郵便局に勤務する日本郵便の社員の男が逮捕されました。窃盗などの疑いで逮捕されたのは、佐久郵便局に勤務する日本郵便の社員、石山勝明容疑者（45）＝長野県長野市栗田＝です。警察の調べによりますと、石山容疑者は12月19日午前2時半ごろ、佐久郵便局に侵入し、金庫から現金およそ7000万円を盗んだ疑いです。警察は警備会社から通報を受け、防犯カメラの映像などから石山容疑者を割り出して、長野市の自宅近くにいたところを見つけ、12月19日夜、逮捕しました。石山容疑者は「間違いありません」と容疑を認めているということです。警察が犯行の手口や動機などを調べています。
