Our 50" LG plasma TV doesn't power on but goes back to stand-by. The upper heatsink of the Z-SUS board gives some chirping noise, then the relay clicks. If I disconnect the cable that leads from the Y-SUS to the Z-SUS, the TV powers on. Under the Z-SUS upper heatsink there are 4 RJH3047 IGBTs and 2 GF2030FC rectifiers. After removing the heatsink I found that 3 out of the 4 IGBTs got shorted so I replaced them. Even after replacement the chirping is still there. Any guess?
